Description

The UniversAll™ Tissue Extraction Kit provides a fast and convenient method for extracting genomic DNA from various biological samples. By simply incubating the sample in UniversAll™ Extraction Buffer at 95°C for 10 minutes, genomic DNA can be efficiently released from a small amount of tissue. This innovative one-step extraction process eliminates the need for liquid nitrogen freezing, mechanical disruption, organic extraction (e.g., phenol/chloroform), column purification, or alcohol precipitation.
