EZtime Fast Real-Time PCR Premix for SYBR\u00ae Green<\/strong>\u00a0(#FYT108-100P\/400P)<\/strong>\u00a0, or the same premix with\u00a0TaqMan\u00ae Probes<\/strong>\u00a0(#FYT110-100P\/400P), <\/strong>according to your preference, <\/strong>are\u00a0ready-to-use, 2\u00d7 concentrated premix reagents, containing all components except primers and template. They are formulated with a novel hot start Taq DNA polymerase, which is capable of catalyzing DNA amplification in a fast PCR mode. This special blend greatly shortens the running time of real-time quantitative PCR by around 1 hour when compared to traditional qPCR.
